Barlett Pears are one of the best Pear cultivars grown in the country. In many ways, the Barlett pears ring in the change of season for northern India. These pears are crunchy and sweet and have an amazing taste. The pears have a non-grainy texture unlike the Pears from the plains. If kept for longer, these pears become softer and very sweet.
